    _justinpenner A glyph can have more than one unicode value so these are not mutually exclusive : ) In practice, as a person from Hawai‘i, I rarely see anyone keyboarding U+02BB. I’d personally recommend double encoding the /quoteleft glyph for maximum compatibility, based on the usage I see
