ninastoessinger I dunno, from my 15+ years in NYC I get the sense that it’s either a pound of cream cheese on the bagel or nothing. I don’t foresee any middle ground here. I usually opt for a pound of tofu cream cheese, which every bagel shop in the city has, and is lighter and tastier IMO : )
