rutherfordcraze this is silly because obviously it’s a spectrum. Where does a semi-serif end & a flared sans begin? It could have traits of old style, transitional, modern, slab, bracketed, unbracketed… anything in between. In the end, the typeface will let you know, and that’s how it should be
